An old tire - no need to throw it away...
What to do with an old tire? Of course, throw it away and buy another one. But maybe there are options? Of course have. But most car owners have already forgotten about them. Meanwhile, back in Soviet times there was such a “service” as restoring tires. True, it was mainly used by the so-called. “legal entities” - road organizations, collective farms, state farms, etc.

But this is in the USSR, but what in the world? They were also doing this there (and are still doing it) very actively. The reason is banal: why buy a new expensive tire if you can restore the old one, which will last for many more years. This is exactly what the hard workers do, whose workdays are shown by The Mechanic channel.

It is very clear what the work is and the very principle of welding a new tire onto an old one. Someone may ask: how long will such a restored tire last? A question to which there is no answer: it all depends on the operating conditions and the conscientiousness of the service workers where the slopes are repaired. At least those tires that were rebuilt in the Soviet Union then served for a long time. But that was then: today the procedure has become more technologically advanced. The restoration process itself looks very spectacular: the video shows all the stages of repair: “from” to “to”. Want to see this for yourself? Watch the video!
