Motorcycles are not very popular in Russia – they are often treated with caution. Since Soviet times, two-wheeled vehicles have had a reputation as a cheap alternative cars. Often drivers do not recognize motorcycles. They can afford a "real" car. Although, many modern bikes are more expensive than cars. So this accusation is unjustified. Some consider motorcyclists to be professional kamikazes. Such comrades are found on the roads - lovers of riding 250-300 km/h on the highway or in the city on the rear wheel. But there are also enough sensible motorcyclists who follow the rules. There are more and more of them in our country and this is good news. And the number of bikes is increasing.

But Japanese, European and American brands have left our market. And what's left? China and India. Although, they didn’t buy new bikes from us much - they are expensive. And the used market hasn't gone away. Yes, and carry motorcycles with mileage to Russia as before. Someone in private, and firms - whole containers. That's just at the exhibition show new models. MotoSpring 2023 turned out to be frankly Chinese, slightly diluted with Indian brands. There were tales "Minsk" from the Celestial Empire, in fact, but the Belarusian assembly.
