How to dispose of cars in shredder machines
If you ask someone inexperienced in recycling issues how a car is recycled, they will almost certainly tell you about some kind of powerful press. They allegedly drive cars under it and flatten them. Or another option, as in some Asian countries. This is when the car is thoroughly disassembled, everything valuable is removed from it - from the engine, wheels to decorative elements in the interior.

But it turns out that there is another method of disposal, which involves the use of shredder grinding equipment. This is truly spectacular! Imagine: an entire car is launched into the open “jaws” of a special machine. Large shafts greedily grab it, squeeze it, and then crush it somewhere in the “womb”. Where's the press?

And what is the result? At the output we see only small pieces of metal and other materials that undergo further processing. The “remains” of the car become even smaller. They are picked up by some kind of excavator-type mechanism and thrown onto conveyor belts. All this happens before our eyes, within a few minutes. There was just a car - and then it’s gone. And if you want to see in detail how a car (and not only) turns into a bunch of pieces of iron, watch the video!
