The explanation is simple - due to the rejection of manual transmissions and internal combustion engines, Mercedes will have to restart all its models.

The idea to restart the Maybach division has been around for a long time. On May 18, 2022, the manufacturer showed the concept of a luxurious Haute Voiture. This sedan, even against the background of the most expensive Maybach production models, looked like a gentleman in a crowd of ragamuffins.

The concept car simply struck the imagination with its royal luxury. Having retained the traditional appearance, the model has changed beyond recognition in the cabin. This finish is not found even in modifications from third-party tuning agencies. Design reminiscent of Chanel suits, exotic animal skins, furs, gold, luxury accessories.

The Haute Voiture sedan aroused genuine interest not only among the visitors of the exhibition, but also among potential customers. The CEO of Mercedes-Benz immediately reacted to the public reaction. And recently it was announced about the transition of the Maybach brand to a new, even more luxurious level.
