New Eos-12 camper for off-road conquerors

For lovers of off-road adventures coupled with camping, Boreas Campers has created a somewhat unique Eos-12 trailer. The compact camper weighs just over 1600 kg, so towing won't be a problem. Of course, if you have at least a mid-size crossover, and preferably an SUV, after all, the “toy” was created for driving far from the autobahns.


Previously known as the XT-12, the trailer has been given a new name in honor of the Greek goddess. She, according to mythology, was the mother of Boreas, after whom the manufacturer of the new camper is named. In addition to indirectly belonging to ancient Greek myths, the model is also interesting for its steel chassis, powder-coated for better protection against corrosion and moisture. There is no wood in the construction, so the gradual decay of the camper is completely excluded.



The off-road qualities of the trailer are provided by all-terrain tires with a deep tread. To overcome any obstacles, the camper received an independent Cruisemaster suspension with ground clearance up to 500 mm. Pneumatics will allow you to flexibly change the clearance depending on the conditions. A strong connection to the towing vehicle is made through the proprietary Cruisemaster DO35 hitch, which is equipped with an additional parking brake.

The exterior of the camper is notable for LED lighting, a solid roof made of durable fiberglass, and a full-size spare wheel. For convenient access inside, a series of adjustable steps is provided. Special attention deserves a retractable kitchen system with pantry and table, stainless steel sink. You can choose between equipping with a two-zone refrigerator with a freezer of 96 liters, or a single-zone refrigerator with a capacity of 105 liters.



The interior of the trailer has a fixed bed, a dining table for five people, sleeping places for four adults. Around the perimeter from the inside there is a bright LED lighting. The cabin is fully insulated and equipped with 12/110 Volt power supplies. To control the microclimate, an air conditioner with a thermostat, a rain sensor, a remote control and ten modes is provided. Including there is a reverse, in which the device works as a hood.

The Eos-12 off-road camper is available now, starting at $74. So far, only orders are available, and shipments of the first copies to customers are planned towards the end of 990.
