Chinese electric SUVs on a steep snowy climb - who can handle it?

Modern automotive technologies are making cars more and more comfortable and environmentally friendly. This also applies to off-road vehicles. Electric motors of modern cars are not only environmentally friendly, they also have high torque - an indispensable thing for off-road use.


But is everything really that good? To find out how electric SUVs will behave on a steep snowy climb, a special testing ground was built somewhere in China. The test subjects were cool new products from last year from the Middle Kingdom - Zeekr X, YangWang U8 and M-Hero 917. The cars are powerful and brutal, but how will they perform on a snowy climb?

It’s clear that you need to take good overclocking. But the ElectroCars Rus channel, which kindly provided us with this video, was in no hurry. At first, the SUVs set off to conquer a steep climb without accelerating, then the speed was increased. It turned out that all-electric and hybrid SUVs pass the obstacle differently. You will find out who has better cross-country ability and whether at least one car will be able to climb a steep slope in the final frames of this test.
