Like the other two models presented by the sub-brand in the past, the Jetour Shanhai T2 has all-wheel drive and will go on sale in the second half of 2024. Visually, this is the same car as the Traveler. Designers clearly love sharp shapes - the body, bumpers and headlights are square.

Protruding wheel arches combined with roof rails give the new crossover a more off-road appearance. On the right side of the almost square body there are ports for fast and slow charging. And the car itself can act as a charger with a power of 6,6 kW.
In terms of dimensions, the Shanhai T2 belongs to the category of mid-size SUVs. Its body has dimensions of 4785/2006/1875 mm. The distance between the wheel axles is exactly 2800 mm.
All cars in the series, including the Shanghai T2, are equipped with a plug-in hybrid system. It consists of a permanent magnet synchronous electric motor. It is complemented by a fifth-generation 1,5-liter ACTECO gasoline engine. Transmission – 3-speed DHT.

The total peak power of the power plant reaches 280 kW, and torque – 610 N*m. Crossovers in the initial configuration are equipped with a battery with a capacity of 26,7 kWh. In the CLTC cycle, the range on a full battery charge will be 129 km, using only electric propulsion.
In the maximum configuration, the crossover receives a battery with a capacity of 43,24 kWh produced by CATL. Its full charge is enough to travel at least 208 km within the CLTC cycle. However, if you also use a full tank, the total range will reach 1300 km.
