Airbus A380 - how the megaliner was assembled
If you didn’t know, then we inform you: this is the world’s largest production aircraft for civil use. With a wingspan of 79 meters and a length of 73 meters, the Airbus A380 can accommodate 525 passengers in standard configuration and 853 in economy class version. This became possible thanks to the double-deck fuselage design, the height of which, for a moment, is 24 meters! Only powerful turbojet engines are capable of lifting such a colossus into the air - there are 4 of them on board. The air “ship” is capable of making amazing flights - the fuel reserve allows it to cover 15400 kilometers at a time!

A total of 251 aircraft were assembled (and 3 more prototypes), after which production was suspended in 2021. However, it is precisely the features of the creation of one of the greatest creations of mankind that are still of interest. The Seize the Moment channel decided to share rare footage with us. Agree, the megaliner itself is an interesting thing, so the process of its creation probably has a number of unique features that you most likely could not even guess about. For example, the largest passenger plane is assembled by analogy with a children's LEGO construction set. It’s definitely worth seeing what it looks like, as well as learning other details about the construction of the superliner!
