Cargo motorcycles are an anachronism for modern Russia. No matter what they say, our standard of living already allows us to buy cars for work. Not new, of course, but, if necessary, the same old VAZ or GAZ for the village can be purchased inexpensively. Cargo motorcycles are more homemade for us. They are collected for two reasons. The first is the reluctance to spend money on a car, even the cheapest one. And in the barn or garage there is an old Izh, Dnepr or Ural. So they make cargo tricycles out of them. The second reason is that I just want to create something with my own hands. The latter does not always turn out to be good. Often a project stalls at an unfinished stage. The desire disappears, or it doesn’t turn out the way it was intended.
But there are factory cargo motorcycles. Moreover, they are even officially sold in Russia. Take the Racer 200ZH for example. This is a modern analogue of the Soviet “Ant”. Firstly, this is a full-fledged motorcycle with large wheels. Secondly, the load capacity of this model is 380 kg. Ant, let us remind you, has 340 kilograms. The Racer 200ZH has a four-stroke engine with a displacement of 200 cm3. Power – 13,9 hp. The motor is air-cooled, but it also has a fan for forced airflow.
