Modern Kirovets tractors – the family continues to develop

Kirovets tractors have been produced since 1962. This powerful equipment, designated K-700, worked on large collective and state farms. Sometimes these tractors were found at construction sites, but rarely. Loaders were more popular there. The Kirovets K-700 was made not only in the USSR. The model was also assembled in Russia until 2002. It is believed that this technique is no longer produced, but this is not true. The St. Petersburg Tractor Plant continues to develop the line. The latest models in the series are K-525T and K-530. The letter “T” in the name means that the equipment is equipped with a new automatic transmission T5-A. K-525T and K-530 are already in mass production. In the near future, or more precisely, in the second half of 2024, the Kirovets K-530T will appear.

And the modification with the letter “T” is much faster. It reaches 50 km/h. It turns out that the Kirovets K-525T is the fastest Russian production tractor in its class. But when the K-530T hits the production line, it will share the pedestal with it. By the way, in addition to speed, the new automatic transmission makes it possible to move in several ranges - work and transport. This allows you to save fuel when driving the tractor.
