Li Auto L6 declassified before mass production starts

The technical characteristics and prices of the new product from the Chinese brand Li Auto – the L6 model – have become known. This is a hybrid crossover - the most budget in the line. Its price starts at 260 thousand yuan (3,32 million rubles).


It is still unknown when the model will be launched into mass production. But photos of not only the crossover itself, but also the prices and performance characteristics for it have already appeared on the network.

So far, Li Auto offers four models. These are the Mega electric car and three crossovers with hybrid drive. Moreover, the latter are with the EREV system. This means that the L7, L8 and L9 can also be called electric cars.


They just have a small running battery - on average it lasts for 200 km. But thanks to the gasoline engine under the hood, the range ranges from 1 to 100 km.

The official launch of the new hybrid model, Li Auto L6, is scheduled to take place in April. Sales will begin as soon as the manufacturer releases a large batch - enough for all official dealers.

Li Auto L6 is already licensed. And the experimental cars themselves are driving around with might and main on Chinese roads - they are being tested in real mode.

Li Auto L6 is a mid-size crossover, very close to large models. Body length – 4,925 meters.

Even in the basic version the car will have all-wheel drive. It has a pair of electric motors mounted on the front and rear axles, respectively. The declared range is 1 km. Naturally, provided that a gasoline engine is used.

If you abandon the internal combustion engine, the power reserve will be on average 200 km. Under the hood there is a power unit with a volume of 1,5 liters. It operates only as a generator and is in no way connected to the wheel drive.

The Li Auto L6 has suspensions without pneumatics and hydraulics - two in front and a five-link in the rear. But they promise a continuous damping system. The ground clearance is far from off-road, but quite acceptable for a crossover – 180 mm.


Judging by the information leaked online, Li Auto L6 will be offered in two versions – Pro and Max. The latter even has a refrigerator. And the basic one will delight you with a built-in autonomous driving system and a number of driver assistants.

The cabin will have a huge head-up display, and the level of finishing will be premium. True, with a Chinese “accent”. The latter means that the feel and quality of the finishing materials will not be as good as we would like.

All that remains is to wait for the start of production of Li Auto L6 - it is just around the corner.
