Baltmotors will present a couple of new motorcycles - one of them can already be ordered

There is production of our own motorcycles in Russia - this was once again confirmed by the Baltmotors company. From April 5 to 7, the brand invites everyone to the MotoSpring exhibition. There you can get acquainted with the manufacturer's products.


But the most important thing is the presentation of two electric motorcycles. One of them is already on sale - the all-wheel drive Baltmotors Bulldog. But no one knows what the second electric bike will be like, except the brand’s employees. I would like to hope that the new model will finally receive approval for public roads.

Baltmotors is a well-known brand in Russian narrow circles. It started back in the mid-90s. Starting with sales of Chinese motorcycles, it was decided to organize assembly and then full production of our own models.


Unfortunately, modern economic realities have not made it possible to implement all plans. Therefore, Baltmotors only assembled Chinese models under its own brand, and then abandoned motorcycles altogether.

Now the manufacturer is focused on producing ATVs, ATV 2×2 and motorized towing vehicles. This equipment is not approved for public roads, therefore, it is easier and cheaper to launch it into series. But it is produced at its own facilities.

Now Baltmotors is promoting new electric models. The second motorcycle, which can be seen tomorrow, is still a secret. The manufacturer carefully stores it, without giving any hints at all about what class this bike will belong to. All that remains is to wait for the presentation.

But the Baltmotors Bulldog is an interesting technology. Its advantages are cross-country ability, all-wheel drive, no license required to drive, electric motors.

The cost of the model is known - it is almost 550 thousand rubles. A little expensive, of course, but you need to take into account that this is Russian-made equipment. Baltmotors does not use cheap components, hence the price. By the way, the Bulldog has a one-year warranty.

Each wheel has electric motors with a power of 4 kW. The battery provides a range of up to 90 km. Naturally, this depends on the weight of the owner and the things he wants to take with him. But they promise a minimum of 60 kilometers, even if you travel with a passenger.


But this is not the main “trick”. The fact is that the basic Baltmotors Bulldog comes with a generator and charger. This means that if you start it, the battery will be charged while the motorcycle is moving or while parked, it doesn’t matter.

If someone does not like the characteristic rattling of the generator, you can optionally order one or two additional batteries. With them, the power reserve will increase by 2 or 3 times, respectively.

And we will be waiting for the presentation of the second, “secret” model from Baltmotors, which will take place tomorrow!
