Results of the month: Geely exceeded its January sales result by 2,3 times

New Geely sales in Russia rose 236% in January compared to the same period last year. In just a month, the company sold 1 cars of various models.


Stylish crossover became the bestseller in January 2022 Geely coolray. 783 Russian buyers purchased this model. This indirectly hints that domestic drivers are beginning to trust Chinese manufacturers in general and Geely in particular.

In second place in popularity among Russian buyers is Geely Atlas Pro. This is the successor to the regular Atlas, but with a hybrid engine. The engine here is the same as on the Coolray - 1,5 turbo gasoline, but its power has been increased to 177 hp. With. The electric motor saves fuel and minimizes the turbo lag effect.

The car is distinguished by its stylish appearance, build quality and Volvo technologies used in its creation. Many people call Geely Atlas Pro a Chinese copy of Volvo.



Inside, the crossover is characterized by spaciousness and quality finishing materials. The model is suitable for the role of a family car.
In third place is the crossover of the previous generation - Geely Atlas. In January this model was bought by 367 buyers. Most likely, the crossover will not stay in the top three for a long time - it is no longer produced - dealers are selling off the remnants.

Geely is already recognizable in the Russian automotive market. The main reason for the increased demand is the ideal price/quality ratio. Drivers see that the models of the Chinese brand Geely are reliable and modern.
