In Russia and other countries, Chinese technology is traditionally considered not very reliable. This opinion still prevails today. Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery (SDLG) was founded in 1972. For about 20 years it produced equipment, often copied from Soviet ones, and was practically unknown outside the Middle Kingdom.

But in 1994, a significant event occurred - the construction of a joint plant with the Japanese company Komatsu to produce hydraulic excavators.

Equipment under the SDLG brand has proven itself in the market from the very first years. It was distinguished by a number of features:

The dynamically developing company attracted the attention of the Volvo concern. In 2006, a controlling stake of 70% was bought by the Swedes. SDLG E6210F is a 20-ton crawler excavator of the 4th size group. The equipment is capable of working with soils from the first to fourth categories. It is possible to use an excavator for rocks, but only previously blasted ones.

The standard bucket included in the kit has a volume of one cubic meter. The manufacturer also offers other, more specific equipment.

The excavator is 9,7 meters long. Its ground clearance is 460 mm. But you need to understand that this is a tracked vehicle; it is capable of literally crawling over difficult terrain. The total operating weight of the SDLG E6210F is 20,7 tons.

The buckets offered by the manufacturer vary in volume from 0,85 to 1,2 m3. But this does not mean that only they can be used in the process of work.

The engine of the excavator is German – from Deutz, but it is assembled in the Middle Kingdom. The fuel tank is designed for 350 liters.

The engine is turbodiesel with a volume of 6,1 liters. Its power will surprise motorists. There are only 167 liters. With. And this is in the presence of a turbine. But you need to understand that this is a power unit for an excavator.

The motor has a cast iron block and “head”. So it is reliable and durable. Just in case, let us remind you that excavators are measured not by mileage, but by engine hours.

There is also a gear hydraulic pump for the control circuit. If its power is not enough, then working pressure hydraulic cylinders are used.

The rotating platform is powered by a hydraulic motor from the Japanese brand Kawasaki. It is also assembled in Korea.

The brakes are multi-disc - they operate in an oil bath. The tracked platform is based on a special powerful X-shaped frame.
