A limited batch of classic Izh motorcycles will be released in Russia

Kalashnikov spoke about its intention to release a limited series of two-wheeled vehicles, which are copies of the original motorcycle models produced at the Izhevsk Machine-Building Plant until the 1990s of the last century. The exact number of modernized classic versions, as well as the specific timing of the project, have not yet been announced.


The new limited edition is also expected to include a lightweight cafe racer electric bike, designed for short, high-speed rides. The company presented its prototype at the end of 2019. It is also planned to assemble a heavy escort motorcycle, produced under the Izh brand specifically for the government project “Cortege”.


In addition, various modifications of the Pulsar electric motorcycle and experimental modern developments of the Kalashnikov will go into production.

According to the president of the concern, Mr. Lushnikov, the company has extensive experience in the field of creating motorcycle equipment, and they intend to continue to actively develop this area.
