According to the author of the new bill, Mr. Kolunov, it will consider the possibility of giving the green light to ambulance drivers and allowing them to ram poorly parked cars. At the same time, he recalled one of the recent incidents that occurred in Nizhny Novgorod, when an ambulance could not get to a call for a newborn because of a car parked incorrectly in the yard.
At the same time, it is planned to equip emergency medical vehicles with power bumpers to make “pushing aside” the obstacle as safe as possible. In addition, neither the state nor the ambulance driver will bear any responsibility for causing damage to the vehicle obstructing passage.
Here's what ordinary car owners say about this:
It turns out interesting, but if another car is damaged by pushing a parking violator, who will pay and compensate for the damage, including moral damage, and loss of time?
- Sergei Alexandrovich from Chekhov begins the conversation with questions
Well, in our city there will be no problems with this - our driveways in the courtyards are such that you can’t really miss each other, and everyone parks on the grass. Although this also seems to warrant a scolding.
— shares Egor Vladimirovich from Volgodonsk
If there were sufficient parking spaces, there would be no problems. Our local infrastructure remains from the Soviet period. Well-being has improved since then, only the lazy don’t have cars, and there aren’t enough places. We need to radically solve the problem - make underground parking in the courtyards, you see, and no one will interfere with the ambulance.
- says Nikolai Petrovich from Tver
Can you imagine what kind of “negative” the ambulances will collect? I can not imagine. There is a problem, and it needs to be solved, but not using these methods. I would rather buy flying cars from China and equip all high-rise buildings with landing pads on the roof. Then the ambulances would really become ambulances - no traffic jams, no congestion in the yards.
— Ilya Vasiliev from St. Petersburg offers a solution
The problem is of course. But ramming other people's property is not the best solution. Although the method is inexpensive, you see, in 2-3 cases, some individuals will learn to respect others and will park correctly in yards.
