A presentation of new models of Russian UMG construction equipment, which is being successfully produced despite sanctions, took place in Tver. We remind you that in the fall of 2023 the series was replenished with the 17-ton E170W wheeled excavator, and towards the end of the year - with the 18-ton E200W. Both vehicles are as unified as possible, including engines of the YaMZ-534 family. Already in 2024, they were accompanied by models of excavator equipment on wheels - UMG E140W and UMG E230W.
Today, the domestic brand offers a line of wheeled excavators weighing from 17 to 20 tons, tracked excavators weighing from 23 to 38 tons, industrial material handlers, motor graders weighing from 14 to 24 tons, telescopic loaders, front loaders, machines for clearing clearings and other types of special equipment. Some of them were developed even before the sanctions, while the rest have almost all units made in China - there are no problems with the supply of components.
By 2025, the company plans to transfer the equipment to Russian engines, and then to locally assembled axles. A project is underway to develop and implement domestic hydraulics.
