Recently, spy photos of an allegedly new bike model from the Italian company Moto Guzzi appeared on the Web. But the manufacturer denied that he was developing a motorcycle. Information about the V850 X model, which was posted on the official website of Moto Guzzi, has been removed.


Earlier it was reported that the Italian manufacturer is developing an off-road modification of the V7. On the company's website, there was information that the new motorcycle will become serial in 2022 and will receive a daring appearance, not like the brand's traditional bikes.

There was talk that the Moto Guzzi V850 X bike would be a new milestone in development. The company will move away from the outdated design, and will start producing modern models, although it will not give up the chips - the strange arrangement of the V-Twin engine, which looks more like a boxer.



The new motorcycle is rumored to be developed in the brand's division in the United States, and was intended for the North American market. The Moto Guzzi V850 X is an uncharacteristically heavy bike with a weight of 213 kg and a new suspension that should provide comfort when driving on poor quality roads.

But shortly after posting the information on the official website, it was deleted. Representatives of Moto Guzzi said that this is a mistake, and no development is being done.

Cunning reporters decided to look into the matter. As it turned out, the name V850 X was registered in the European patent office shortly before this event. It turns out that there is no smoke without fire, and the bike is being developed? And the spy photo also means something!

Most likely, the Italians decided to keep the intrigue, and then suddenly roll out a pre-production model for everyone to see. And in order to stir up interest in their model, they made such a feint. Looks like it all happened by accident!



But representatives of a number of authoritative sources in the motorcycle world continued to assert that the development of a new bike was underway. It will be something in the touring enduro class, like the V85 TT, inspired by the legendary BMW Goose.

Just the other day, a video appeared on the Web, which allegedly shows the new bike Moto Guzzi V850 X 2022 model year. The inscription on the screen proudly states that this is exactly the same secret modification. But if you look closely at the bike, it becomes clear that this is an updated V85 TT, as the nameplate speaks eloquently.
