The Japanese from Isuzu Motors have announced a major update of the N-Series truck, also known as the Elf. The sixth generation was produced for as long as 16 years, starting in 2007, and now the seventh version has arrived, equipped with adaptive cruise control and new security features.

The radiator grill was taken from the "related" light truck Isuzu D-Max. The vertical headlights imitate the brand's logo with their shape. They also tried on the interior - there is more comfort, and there are fewer sources of driver fatigue.

Let's not pass by the advanced security systems that the Isuzu Elf now has. Some of them, in principle, have never been seen before on Japanese commercial light trucks. The driver is assisted by a modern blind spot monitoring system and an emergency braking assistant.

For greater safety, a driver activity monitor has been implemented in the cabin, which will not let you fall asleep on a long journey. The stereo camera received more performance, and a radar was added to support it.

Pretty soon, according to the manufacturer, a fully electric version of the van will also be on sale. This is the first such experiment for the Japanese brand. The company says that up to five 20 kW batteries can be installed in the electric car.

Isuzu Elf seventh generation will appear in Japan in 2023. If you translate from yen to US dollars at the current rate, the van will cost about 47200 USD. In rubles, this is about 3,6 million rubles.
