Roskomnadzor will block the accounts of traffic violating bloggers

Popular bloggers who practice shooting videos with traffic violations will now be in trouble! Roskomnadzor by court decision will block their accounts!


Although none of the drivers support road hooliganism and malicious traffic violations, there is a certain group of bloggers who make money from this. We are talking about those who specifically do not comply with the rules, filming it all on video and posting it on the Internet.

It turns out a paradoxical situation - drivers do not approve of road hooliganism, and bloggers earn a lot of money on this! Many of them have several million followers on Instagram or YouTube and huge amounts of views.

Some viewers believe that bloggers are hooligans on the roads because of their narrow-mindedness and impunity, and bombard them with negative comments. A certain stratum of young people, on the contrary, admires their idols and copies their behavior on the roads.



But you need to understand why bloggers violate it - this is how they make money. The more negative comments under their video, the more interest these materials will cause. More people come back to answer them, so the views grow!

Roskomnadzor has long tried to restore order in this area, claiming that bloggers are promoting violations of the laws of the Russian Federation. And so the court recognized these requirements as legitimate.

Now the accounts of many bloggers who make money on videos with traffic violations will be blocked. Because of this, they are likely to lose monetization and basic income.

As soon as the court decision comes into force, all blogger account addresses will be included in the register of prohibited information, and in Russia they will be blocked by all telecom operators.

Major networks such as Instagram and YouTube will receive official notices demanding that certain accounts be banned. Most likely, publications will be checked there and appropriate conclusions will be drawn.

The public is not satisfied with such measures. Thoughts are expressed that it is impossible to block personal accounts. Such people can be objected - propaganda of offenses is, in fact, complicity in crimes! And the deprivation of income received through this is still a minor punishment!
Now the State Duma is working on a decree according to which bloggers and other drivers who promote an aggressive driving style that is contrary to traffic rules will be subject to criminal liability.



The public, in turn, insists on the development of a system of fines, in which the payment for each subsequent violation of the rules will grow exponentially. For unpaid fines, it is also proposed to assign large commissions for everyday delay.
