The mass of the drone is 29 kg. 5 power units are installed on board. The main engine for horizontal movement runs on aviation fuel. Four rotary electric motors are used for vertical takeoff.
In fact, the D-20K is a modified model of the D-20 aircraft type drones. They are successfully used during monitoring missions and perform the tasks of aerial photography of objects.
The tiltrotor D-20K is capable of non-stop flights over a distance of up to 800 km. The height limit for the drone was 4000 m, and the maximum duration of being in the air, recorded in practice, is 11 hours. At the same time, the speed characteristics of the aircraft reach 144 km / h.

The new model will be used to organize laser scanning in agriculture and forestry, as well as in the energy sector. The tiltrotor will be equipped with equipment for multispectral and conventional photography, video filming and thermal imagers.
The weight of the target equipment of the tiltrotor is 1500g, while the payload does not exceed 5 kg.
The advantage of the development is the lack of connection to airfield sites. This will expand the scope, and will allow both maintenance of remote areas and monitoring over large areas.

The declared civilian orientation of the aircraft is most likely hypothetical. Drones D-20K may well be reoriented to use in military departments. So, the tiltrotor will be able to carry out monitoring of territories to analyze the current situation in the rear areas of the enemy, track the movements of personnel and other tasks.
To change the intended purpose, it will be enough for the drone to receive certain protection systems or functionality for autonomous flights on a mission.
