The stunning look of the virtual Maverick concept posted by design studio KDesign AG on Behance.net is apparently inspired by the Mustang Shelby GT350. The black Le Mans stripes with white trim are what give the large pickup truck an original and sporty look. Particularly interesting are the ground effects, which reflect the body of the Shelby Mustang, as well as the rear wing located at the rear of the cab. It is unlikely that it plays an extremely important functional role, but as a decorative element, the “spoiler” looks very good.
Of course, technical details are out of the question, as the designers focused only on the appearance of the car and showed what a large pickup truck in the sporty style of popular mustangs could look like. It is possible that Ford will think after seeing these concepts.
I would like to believe that the car presented on the concept is already in development, but so far there is no need to talk about this. That doesn't mean we'll never see Ford's "street truck" with the iconic mustang design. Take the same F-150 Shelby, which has already won the hearts of many Americans and Europeans. Or, for example, the Bronco pickup truck, which, although it will not appear on sale in the coming years due to the company's refusal to develop it, still gives hope that the manufacturer will take up the creation of something similar in the future.

Since its debut in June 2021, the original Ford Maverick has been popular with buyers and has earned a generally positive reputation. Now fans of the brand are dreaming about the release of the Shelby version of the off-road pickup. With lowered suspension and more boost from a 2,0 hp 250-litre turbocharged engine. such a machine will definitely not have competition in the compact truck market, ready to make huge profits in the United States. Probably, in some European countries, the capabilities of such a car will be appreciated.
