The news for the first time is strange and ridiculous. AvtoVAZ in Russia works intermittently - recently the downtime was extended until June 10. On the 6th, only employees involved in the assembly line for the production of "anti-crisis" modifications of Lada Grants will leave.
Then the company switches to a four-day work week. Employees were offered part-time jobs in agriculture so as not to lose money due to downtime.

It turns out that in these difficult conditions, the SKD assembly of LADA Largus, Vesta and XRay models in Uzbekistan continues. How can this be explained? It's simple - Uzbekistan did not fall under economic sanctions, respectively, the supply of parts necessary for production to this country goes without interruption.
LADA, produced at the Jizzakh plant, are intended mainly for the domestic market. But it is easy to guess that the preparation of assembly areas for a full-fledged production cycle of Lada cars is associated with a shortage of cars on the Russian market.
AvtoVAZ has long been looking for new suppliers of parts and assemblies to ensure the smooth operation of conveyors. But with all their will, foreign partners cannot cooperate under the economic sanctions imposed against the Russian Federation.

Full-cycle production of LADA cars in Uzbekistan will solve a number of problems in the two countries. Russia will be able to arrange the supply of new machines that it needs so much, at least partially saturating the market. Uzbekistan will get jobs, and Roodell, cooperating with AvtoVAZ, will be able to increase its profits.
Do not be afraid of the Uzbek assembly. Employees of ADM Dzhizak underwent the necessary training organized by AvtoVAZ specialists on the spot. Moreover, Russian drivers at one time managed to get acquainted with cars manufactured by UZ-DAEWOO. There were fewer claims to them than to the models of the Russian assembly.
The plan is good, but the experts have already voiced their concerns. No matter how Uzbekistan falls under sanctions because of such cooperation with the Russian Federation. On the other hand, according to the official version, cars are needed for the domestic market, so problems are unlikely to arise.
