There were, in principle, many buses in the USSR, but they did not shine with variety. The largest are Hungarian-made Ikaruses, followed by LiAZs and LAZs. We, the children, liked the buses of the latest brand. Adults did not like them, especially people who are older and bigger. Well, why love them - the doors are narrow, there are few places, there are no storage areas, respectively, it is crowded in the cabin. What is good about LAZ? It was perfect for trips to the countryside. It's nice to go in the summer - there were curtains on the windows. Only in the back seat in hot weather it was uncomfortable - it looked like a Russian stove. But in winter it is good - warm. In the cold, this bus was waiting at the bus stop with hope. And if you managed to squeeze into the salon - this is an indescribable feeling!
The author of the channel "Ivan Zenkevich PRO Cars" found a rare LAZ-695 in good working condition and took a ride on it. Only he was not allowed to drive - apparently, the owner of the equipment protects it, which in principle is correct. I don’t know why the bus was called LAZ-695T in the title of the video. This is a typical "H", and with the letter "T" trolleybuses were produced.
