Today it became known that a presentation of the new model Chery Omoda 5 was held in Moscow at the Khlebozavod art center. According to representatives of the Chery company in Russia, this was a marketing event for a limited circle of people, the purpose of which was to study demand and collecting certain information.

Chery Omoda 5 is a new car even for the Chinese market. The car was put into production three months ago, it arrived to dealers recently. Prior to this, the model has not yet been seen on the territory of the Russian Federation. Moreover, she was at the event for only a few hours, after which she was taken away. The date of the official presentation will be announced later.



Earlier, the leadership of the Chinese auto giant reported that sales of Omoda 5 will start simultaneously in Europe, Australia and several other countries. In Russia, the car will appear in the summer and will compete with Jolyon and Coolray models of a comparable class.
