If we calculate as a percentage, the increase in price, depending on the model and configuration, amounted to from 2,8 to 4,8%.


The small-sized Cadillac XT4 has risen in value the least – it is sold for 120 rubles more. Its recommended retail price starts at 3,810 million rubles. The crossover has a 2,0-liter diesel engine with 174 hp under the hood. With. or a 200 hp petrol engine. with., and is also available in more than 100 options due to a well-thought-out customization system. In total, three trim levels are available - Luxury, Premium and Sport.



A more "adult" model - the Cadillac XT5 crossover - is now on sale for 140 thousand rubles more than before. The recommended retail price is from 4,510 million rubles. The car of 2022 is equipped with similar engines, but due to seniority, it has larger shapes and an expanded set of technologies for comfort and safety. Here, the choice of the buyer is already available in two trim levels - Luxury and Sport.



The older brother of the previous models in the face of the Cadillac XT6 has risen in price by 270 thousand rubles. From now on, its recommended retail price starts from 5,580 million rubles. The seven-seater crossover with a three-row seating configuration is available in two trim levels - Premium Luxury and Sport. As in other cases, the buyer is offered a choice of 8 body colors and 5 interior design options, as well as other ways of customization.



Cadillac's flagship, the Escalade, received the largest price increase of 301 rubles. Now you can buy it for at least 9 million rubles. By the way, this is the most popular car of the American brand in Russia. In the past 2021, 2377 new copies were sold, which is a 67% increase compared to the previous 2020.



For the Cadillac Escalade, this is not the first increase in price. For the first time, the price of a car at official dealers increased in the fall of 2021. Its cost has risen by 250-350 thousand rubles, depending on the configuration. In percentage terms, the increase in value ranged from 3,1 to 4,1%.

It cannot be ruled out that this is not the only act of car prices rising in the Russian market in ruble terms, and this may also affect other brands. It remains to be hoped that the national currency of Russia will not give up its positions, thereby maintaining prices in the car market in an acceptable range.
