Russian aircraft "Ptenets-3" - the future of domestic light aviation

Lungs aircraft were popular even during the Soviet Union. Of course, this category did not shine with a special variety of models, but the famous "Kukuruznik" was enough to cover the needs of even the most remote settlements. The An-2 became a real salvation for residents of the Far North. It would be difficult for geologists, oil and gas workers to work without them. After all, a simple and reliable aircraft could deliver a patient or a doctor to him, food and equipment as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, small aviation was left out of work. And if large cargo and passenger aircraft were still being developed, then small models were somehow forgotten.

The situation can be corrected by the Rotor experimental design bureau. They have been working on the light aircraft "Chick" for a long time. The main advantage of this aircraft is the ability to land not only on an airfield of any type, but also on a more or less flat surface up to 100 meters long. Some critics scold the rear-engine layout, but such a scheme has long been tried and tested.
