The tuning studio comes to the rescue. The vision of a sedan from the famous German salon was called the Brabus 930. Apart from the cost of the car itself, the package of improvements will cost the owners a decent amount - the finished price starts from 384 thousand euros.
About the original machine
By default, the AMG GT 63SE is equipped with a hybrid system of a twin-turbo V8 and an electric motor on the rear axle. Moving outside the gearbox required the addition of a two-stage gearbox. Thanks to a complex scheme, all-wheel drive is maintained even when the internal combustion engine is turned off. Although this mode is purely symbolic here: the maximum mileage on the electric motor is 13 km.

The gearbox here is automatic with nine steps - proprietary AMG Speedshift. The battery, although low-capacity, only 6,1 kWh, is equipped with advanced cooling. Each element has its own fluid channel. In total, 14 liters of coolant are required. Adjustable recovery modes allow you to either take off at the limit for the electric motor of 130 km / h, or ride comfortably, controlling the speed with one pedal.
The car is equipped with an adjustable suspension. The brakes here are carbon-ceramic. The diameter of the front discs is 420 mm, the rear discs are 380. With optimal settings, the Brabus 930 accelerates to hundreds in 2,9 seconds. At the same time, the hybrid system increased the weight of the car compared to the original version. Now the car weighs noticeably more than two tons.
Improvements from Brabus
The number in the model name means the total power. Specialists from Bottrop did not touch the electric motor, leaving it with the available 204 hp. With. But the ICE turned out to be improved. New turbochargers and re-equipped cylinders added 87 "horses". Plus, it took a reconfiguration of the interaction of the two engines in order to distribute power with maximum performance.

In terms of acceleration to hundreds, such improvements helped win only a tenth of a second. Obviously, already from the factory, the AMG GT 63SE Performance is produced close to the peak of its dimensions. Top speed is also limited to 316 km/h, the recommended limit for the Continental SportContact 7 tires standard on the car.
The Air-ride suspension is down to earth here, Brabus 2cm below the original. The car is now "shod" in branded Monoblock Z Platinum Edition wheels of different diameters - 21 inches in front and 22 in the rear.
Changes in appearance
From the design side, this is far from the most daring experiment of Brabus. The package of improvements is limited to the front spoiler, bumper pads, grille, side mirrors and diffuser. All these elements are available in matte or glossy. Emphasized own exhaust system - the car now has four nozzles. They are complemented by the ability to control dampers.

In the interior, almost everything is determined by the sense of taste of buyers. The canonical version is leather upholstery with a pattern of triangles highlighted by stitching. The dashboard usually houses glossy carbon fiber.
The standard Brabus warranty includes a year and a half or 100 thousand kilometers. The company also assists customers in finding unique spare parts.
