It's hard to say how many motorcycles from Czechoslovakia were exported in percentage terms, but no less than 90%. Everyone was happy with this state of affairs, because Jawa was definitely superior to Izh models in terms of performance culture and build quality. The last batches of bikes from the Czech brand arrived in the USSR in the early 90s. Then, when the country fell apart, they were no longer supplied.

But the Jawa plant managed to survive, unlike Izh, who got rid of motorcycle production. Although, for this we must say thanks to the investors from India, who revived the legendary brand. And he was already on his last legs, despite the emergence of new models. Thanks to financial injections, the manufacturer was revived. Now he focuses more on retro style. The most interesting thing is that among the Java motorcycles there is also an old two-stroke model. Of course, its "Soviet" essence was slightly distorted by modern knots.
