Wheels without spokes – so what’s so special about that? We’ve seen this before, but it’s hard to believe that it’s becoming fashionable. It’s just impossible to imagine a multitude of bicycles, cutting through Russian cities and suddenly they have no spokes... But in the Netherlands, such equipment is already a common occurrence. And you can see this for yourself by riding along the Dutch streets with the author of the video on the "808" channel.
 
The first thing that comes to mind: you can’t put a spoke in the wheels of such a bike! Testing the Rivo electric bike (spelled Reevo). And immediately some disappointment: the weight of the car is twenty kilograms (although the frame is made of aluminum). It is understandable - batteries, electric motor. What compensates for this?
 
You can start with surprises: for example, optics are built into ... wheels. And, according to the reviews of the owners, the headlights shine where necessary and quite brightly. What else can be said about the technical parameters? The energy reserve of the battery is enough for 60 km, at a maximum speed of 25 km / h (for the American version - 32 km / h). It takes 3 hours to fully charge the battery. And of course, modern electronic gadgets: a locked bike cannot be rolled away. And if you take it away, the built-in GPS-navigator will tell the owner of the vehicle where it is located. And here's another "trick" - the bag is installed inside the wheel!
