Russia will assemble a new multi-purpose aircraft

Within the framework of the strategy for the development of small aviation in our country, a decision was made on the need to produce a new, maximally localized, multi-purpose aircraft Alfa-KM. It is expected that the start of production will be launched at the facilities of the electromechanical plant in the city of Kizlyar (Dagestan) in the very near future.


The new model is an improved version of the MAI-411. This is a twin-engine, four-seater representative of small aircraft. The main advantage of Alfa-KM over its predecessor will be the presence of the most localized elements. At the same time, both a pair of motors and all on-board electronics will be of domestic assembly.


Also, the new aircraft will have noticeably less weight. Due to the wide use of innovative materials, the weight of the aircraft will be reduced to 900 kg, compared to 1250 kg for the "brother".

Both models are designed to carry four people and are equipped with a rescue system, which is the most important factor in ensuring the safety of the crew and passengers. The presented aircraft have a number of obvious advantages in terms of technical and operational capabilities, due to which the range of their application is quite wide.
