Russian designers are preparing an unmanned tiltrotor for testing
Clevercopter engineers from Nizhny Novgorod spoke about the finished autonomous aircraft called Aeromedic mini. A full test cycle is scheduled for the coming months.

If successful, the main "work" of the tiltrotor will be the supervision of pipelines for gas and oil, as well as similar structures. But it can also be useful in other areas where aircraft are required to have range and autonomy of flight, as well as the ability to carry a good camera. For example, in search and rescue operations.

The takeoff weight of the drone is 30 kg. The maximum flight range is 200 km, and the speed limit is 100 km/h. Both manual control and following a programmed route are possible. The total power of the engines is not disclosed. It is known that the hybrid power plant consists of one gasoline engine and 8 electric ones.

The aircraft can carry loads up to 5 kg. It is planned that this will be enough for a camera with stabilizers, but other equipment is also possible. Night vision mode will help to ensure continuous supervision of protected objects.
