T-360 competes with K-700?

The development of a wheeled tractor, comparable in size and power to the famous K-700, started in Tatarstan in the early 2010s. The tests were quite long, including in the fields of agronomic farms of the republic. In 2017, it was decided to organize the serial production of cars. The manufacturer was the company "Agromaster", whose facilities are located in the district center of Muslyumovo.


The new tractor received the T-360 index. At the same time, the manufacturer positions its offspring as a direct competitor to Kirovets, produced in St. Petersburg. Indeed, in most technical characteristics, both machines are similar.

Why was the T-360 created?

The tractor was specially designed for the difficult climatic conditions of Russia with its heavy soil, remoteness from service points, and often poor fuel. The machine is designed to work with wide-cut agricultural implements. These are multi-furrow plows, harrows, heavy cultivators, sowing complexes with hydraulic systems and much more. When using a tractor for transportation, it is able to move loads in conventional and semi-trailers weighing up to 25 tons at a speed of up to 40 km/h. The same amount can be loaded with fertilizers or grain for crops.

Features

Integral layout involves the use of a frame and transmission with all-wheel drive. At the same time, locking differentials and planetary-type gearboxes were borrowed from the popular KAMAZ truck. Ahead is used suspension, equipped with shock absorbers and springs.

Power unit

This is the same engine as on cars from Naberezhnye Chelny - a six-cylinder Cummins L-360-20 diesel engine with a volume of 8,9 liters, producing 360 (hence the tractor index) “horses”. Average torque - 1500 N * m.


The engine comes with a ZF gearbox with a dry single-plate clutch. The box provides twenty (in some versions 18) gears forward and four in reverse mode.


The use of an electromagnetic clutch that maintains the best temperature for the motor helped to reduce fuel consumption.

Bosch hydraulics

Variable pump system with a capacity of 180 l/min. has a distributor with five sections, a separate tank. There are four lines at the output, which allows you to connect several agricultural implements and units at the same time. Other technical data T-360:

Without trailers, agricultural implements, the machine has a speed of up to 53 km / h. The equipment complies with environmental standards according to the Euro 3 or Euro 2 standard.


The tractor of the fifth traction class, thanks to the volumetric fuel tank, can work continuously for 14 hours.

Cabin

Differs in low noise level thanks to use of modern multilayer finishing materials. The entrance door is wide enough, and the steps have an anti-slip coating. It is impossible not to notice the panoramic glazing, which allows you to see the work of mounted implements, the space from the side and from below. Ergonomics does not fail - convenient placement of controls: buttons, knobs, levers.


Of course - in the cabin ventilation, air conditioning and heater, providing a comfortable microclimate. The workplace of the machine operator and the steering wheel are adjustable in height, angle of inclination.

Price

The government of Tatarstan is attentive to the development of agriculture in the republic and therefore can subsidize "its" farmers for the purchase of powerful (over 300 hp) tractors in the proportion of "50 to 50". For everyone else, a new car will cost at least 5,5 million rubles. This price provides the T-360 with good competitiveness compared to the K-700 and its modifications.
