BMW 7 Series - comparison of the latest generation of petrol and electric sedans

Cars The BMW 1977 Series has been produced since 5. The model appeared as the main competitor of the Mercedes S-Class. It debuted 70 years earlier and immediately became popular. BMW could not tolerate such global superiority of its sworn rivals. That is how the first "seven" was "born". Now these cars are already in their eighth generation, known under the indexes G71/G7. What is noteworthy is that electrification has affected the flagship model of the brand, so it is also offered in the iXNUMX version. This version is almost no different from the gasoline version externally and internally. The main feature is the electric motors.

Interestingly, all eight generations can be divided into two categories. The first is the "pre-Bangle" era. It started in 1977 and ended in 2002. These were cars with swift silhouettes. In Russia, they are better known for the modification of the E38 - the same "Boomer" from the movie. The second category began with the E65 / 66 generation. The new BMW designer Chris Bangle did his best by making a different “seven”. The fans then unanimously accused him of betraying traditions, they say, he turned the swift liner into some kind of indistinct remnant. But the model became commercially successful. And so much so that it is still produced in a similar design, changing generations. And the latest modifications of the BMW 7 Series and i7 will be compared in a video on the carwow Russian version channel.
Do you think the BMW 7 Series could be electric?
