Skoda has shown sketches of the updated crossover Karoq - the online premiere will take place on November 30

Skoda Karoq quickly won the approval of European motorists after entering the market. The compact SUV was also loved by Russian drivers who met him in 2020. It was appreciated for a good level of equipment, the widest choice of options. The motor allows you to feel confident on the road, demonstrating excellent dynamics. But before the Russians had time to get used to the novelty, the Czech automaker announced a restyling. What Karok will become can be seen in the sketches shown by the manufacturer on the eve of the official online premiere.

Updated front end

At first glance, it is obvious that the overall appearance has become more aggressive. The following points contribute to this:

✅ Enlarged radiator grille has acquired the shape of a hexagon
✅ A wide air intake appeared at the bottom of the bumper
✅ The headlights stretched out in length, taking on narrow predatory outlines, reaching the radiator grille

The dynamism of the image is emphasized by the updated daytime running lights. A little lower is the second block of lighting. Fog lights are included in it, and an LED module is available in the top configuration.



The crossover in a restyled variation will look especially impressive at night. With the front optics turned on, a “four-eyed” appearance will clearly emerge.

What's behind

Rear part car also underwent modernization. Here they decided to extend the spoiler, and the bumper looks new due to the black diffuser.



And behind, too, special attention is paid to optics. Lanterns received a clear geometric shape. They also stretched out in length, thereby echoing the headlights.

The concern has not abandoned its favorite “chip”: characteristic C-shaped lines are drawn in the lanterns, creating the effect of a crystal.



It is worth recalling that the Skoda Karoq for the Czech plant has become a flagship in the promotion of the off-road segment. Immediately after the premiere, the model began to be in high demand: its sales amounted to 40% of the total volume.



Today, cars are willingly bought in more than 60 countries on the planet. Production has been established not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Russia, China, and Slovakia. It is not surprising that the company's management has special expectations for the updated version.
