Russians massively buy cars in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Sharp increase in cost cars on the domestic market of Russia quite naturally led to the popularization of roundabout methods of purchase TransportMany Russians are considering the possibility of purchasing cars through neighboring countries, for example, in Kazakhstan.

Its official dealers, located in cities neighboring the Russian Federation, have noted a very high demand for cars from Russians in recent days. Among the buyers are both individuals and car dealerships, for whom it is not a problem to buy dozens of cars.

Experts argue that such an explosive growth in popularity will lead to the development of the local auto industry, but will also provoke a strong rise in prices.

Kostanay is one of the cities in Kazakhstan where Russians come on a "pilgrimage" to buy cars. It is located 300 kilometers from Chelyabinsk, so the path is not so far. An employee of one of the car dealerships located in Kostanay shared information that the demand for new cars has grown more than 10 times in recent weeks. Fortunately, there is a large enterprise in the region that produces cars of the KIA, JAC and Chevrolet brands. The most budget models produced at the plant are estimated at about 1,2 million rubles in terms of Kazakh tenge at the current exchange rate.

Despite the unstable economic situation in Russia and in the whole world, the cost of a car in Kazakh car dealerships is still relatively attractive. This is due, among other things, to the large stocks of car dealers. Investments by Russians, although they will help the auto industry develop, if, of course, this money is used for good, but such a hype obviously moves the price up. In turn, this may lead to a gradual drop in demand.

On the territory of the Russian Federation at the moment the situation with car prices is not the most rosy. Thus, in Primorsky Krai, the cost of cars on the secondary market increased by 1,5 times relative to prices as of mid-February. The reasons for this rise in price are familiar to many - sanctions against Russia and the extremely unstable exchange rate of the national currency. Of course, new cars in showrooms have also risen in price.

It is possible that the situation will worsen, as new deliveries to the Russian Federation are blocked, and at the moment no one can say with certainty when they will open. All that remains to be done is to wait and hope that the country's economy will head for recovery.
