GM started building the Cadillac Lyriq
Representatives of the company said that the assembly of the electric crossover started 9 months ahead of schedule. This will satisfy the demand, since even before the start of sales, hundreds of thousands of customers expressed interest in the novelty. Today, work is underway to adjust the operation of the conveyor and resolve minor issues related to the assembly of machines.

At the same time, company representatives note that most buyers will receive car in 2023, since production will not be able to provide large volumes at first. The car is decorated unusually and catchy, the front part with a massive cladding and an original-shaped bumper, in which LED optics are located - the hallmark of Cadillac Lyriq. The back also deserves attention, the backlight essentially frames the glass on three sides, which creates a futuristic effect. The silhouette with a sloping roof and embossed protrusions around the arches gives the car swiftness.
The salon is made in the best traditions of Cadillac, the quality of materials is on top, the 33-inch screen combines several modules at once and creates a convenient working environment for monitoring indicators, climate control settings and a multimedia system.

The battery supports 200kW DC fast charging and has a capacity of over 100kWh. Specifications will be released soon, but Cadillac engineers have promised that they will meet the requirements of the top model of electric vehicles on the market. The cost will be less than $60, but there will be several trims that can significantly increase the price. Analysts predict that interest in this car will make it a bestseller for the next 000-2 years.
