Abarth 595 and 695 get another update

While other car manufacturers are busily translating cars on electric traction, the compact Abarth from Stellantis still roars with an internal combustion engine and smells of gasoline. In particular, the 595 and 695 models have received another update and are now available in two new trim levels: Turismo and Competizione.

Abarth 595 is a compact car with a 1,4-liter turbocharged gasoline engine. Power of 165 liters. With. more than enough to provide this "baby" breathtaking dynamics. The Turismo package offers us a choice of convertible or hatchback with 17-inch wheels, chrome mirrors, a special steering wheel layout and leather seats. Already in the basic version there is automatic climate control and a navigation system. You can choose to buy a car with an automatic or manual gearbox in 5 steps.

Abarth also has a sports modification in the face of the F595. Unfortunately, it does not add power, but it does make the car louder. Some might really like the sound of the Record Monza Sovrapposto active exhaust system. It is controlled from the driver's seat with one button, by pressing which you can make the exhaust noise louder or quieter. The F595 also includes upgraded suspension and original badges on the body.

The top model Abarth 695 develops 180 hp and is also available in Turismo trim for both the hatchback and convertible. The standard leather upholstery in this version is complemented by Alcantara.

Of greatest interest is the Competizione equipment, in which the car receives an active exhaust system similar to the F595. The leather upholstery has been replaced with fabric upholstery with red stitching and carbon fiber. Engine power remained the same, but the buyer is offered a new gearbox option - sequential with paddle shifters. It should be noted that in this version the car loses the mechanical limited slip differential.
