AVTOVAZ has started production of the most affordable version of LADA Largus

Russian manufacturer of passenger cars cars added a new version to the LADA Largus line. It will definitely please those who prefer not to overpay for "extra" options, because the car turned out to be the most affordable.


Previously, the basic version of the passenger LADA Largus was the Classic Plus modification. But it was removed from sale. The explanation was simple - low demand. They say that dealers do not want to order budget Larguses.

But drivers disagree. They are often interested in basic modifications, but such are rarely found on sale. The fact is that it is more profitable for dealers to sell more expensive configurations.


Fortunately, AVTOVAZ has feedback. Having analyzed customer requests, the Russian manufacturer decided to return the basic configuration. But it is already more "tricked out" than the Classic Plus.

Now the most affordable LADA Largus is offered in the Comfort version. Let us recall that we are talking specifically about passenger modifications. The new modification of the universal car has already appeared in the official price lists.

The price of Largus Comfort is 1,71 million rubles. This is 5 thousand more than they asked for Classic Plus. By the way, the latter was offered with two types of power units - these are 1,6-liter engines with 90 or 106 hp. Accordingly, 8 and 16-valve engines.

But the Comfort version, judging by the price lists, will be produced with only one engine. This is a 1,6-liter power unit with 90 hp. The rejection of the sixteen-valve engine allowed to keep the price almost at the same level as the Classic Plus. The 5-speed manual transmission remained the same.

The Comfort trim level of the car now has more options. A tension shelf has appeared in the luggage compartment. The driver's seat is also height-adjustable. The front seats are heated. And not just any heated ones, but three-level heated ones. The exterior mirrors are now electrically adjustable and heated.


For an additional fee of 50 thousand rubles, a seven-seater salon is offered to all comers. But you need to understand that in this case there will be almost no luggage compartment, as well as a tension shelf.

Externally, Largus Comfort differs in minor changes. For example, the door handles and moldings of the new modification of the car are in the body color.

Let us recall that AVTOVAZ recently decided to reduce the Largus lineup. In addition to the rejection of Classic Plus, the Comfort van has also disappeared from the model range.
