Unique equipment for field cultivation was demonstrated at the Kazan Agro 2025 exhibition

As part of the agricultural machinery exhibition "Kazan Agro 2025", the Industrial Drones company, together with the Heavenly tractor" presented a heavy unmanned aerial vehicle for agrochemical treatment of fields.


The new development, created in Kazan, has already been successfully tested in real conditions and has received certification.

The UAV is equipped with a 240 hp internal combustion engine and has impressive dimensions – after deployment they are 5910x3948x1465 mm.

The design of the agrodrone allows it to carry a payload of up to 200 kg and apply up to 150 liters of agrochemicals in one flight.


The operating speed of the device varies from 10 to 70 km/h, and the spraying height can reach 23 meters. According to the developers, one drone can process up to 600 hectares of agricultural land per shift.

One of the key features of the new technology is the system of autonomous flight along pre-set routes. This ensures high accuracy of application of preparations and reduces the likelihood of missing or re-processing areas.

Take-off and landing are carried out from the edge of the field, and the drone itself is adapted to work in difficult landscape conditions, including rough terrain, swampy areas and areas with high crop density.

An additional advantage is the possibility of night use. This is especially important in hot climates, when crop treatment during the day can reduce the effectiveness of the preparations. At the same time, the drone does not damage crops, which makes its use more gentle compared to traditional equipment.

As representatives of the company "Heavenly Tractor" emphasized, a heavy UAV is superior to small aircraft in a number of parameters. Unlike aircraft и helicopters, its operation is cheaper, and operator training takes only a month.


This makes the technology more accessible to farms and agricultural holdings interested in automating agricultural processes.

The company "Sky Tractor" is actively developing services for the introduction of liquid and dry agrochemicals using drones. The list of works includes winter crop feeding, foliar nutrition, pest and disease treatment, as well as desiccation and defoliation before harvesting.
