And even if the public does not want to evaluate many of their “brainchildren” positively, the craftsmen’s hearts still rejoice. Of course, this miracle was assembled with their own hands, and it even moves. Let it be only a few meters, it doesn’t matter. And even if not everyone will appreciate their beauty, and they are not intended for daily use, but even in the appearance of the prototype you can feel the power.

This is a Tulica scooter. More precisely, a motorcycle in the Rat Bike style, created on the basis of Soviet technology. The main thing that the author of the project focused on was to use at least 90% of the parts produced in the USSR. And the power unit here is opposite, like the Ural. To add sportiness to the scooter, it was decided to make a "shrimp" landing. It seems that parts from a landfill were used to build this equipment, but this is not so. Rat Bike motorcycles are just like that. It's a style, some people like it. The scooter turned out to be menacing, especially the cylinders of the opposite engine sticking out on the sides inspire respect.
