From a useless Audi R8 to a sports car with minimal investment
Building a sports car on a budget is the dream of many car enthusiasts who love tuning their cars. The hero of today's video has fulfilled his dream. A year ago, he bought an Audi R8 at the very bottom of the market in not the best condition, restored it and turned it into a stylish sports car that people stare at on the streets. This episode on the YouTube channel "ILYA STREKAL" shows the final stage of the project - pasting the body with polyurethane film. The choice fell on a bright yellow color, which emphasizes the sporty character of the Audi, although not all viewers agree with this decision. Many found the shade too pretentious and inappropriate.
The polyurethane film not only decorated the body, but also protected it from scratches and damage. In addition, the author solved technical problems: replaced the battery, added an engine fire extinguishing system and eliminated oil leaks, but that's not all. The final point of the project will be a drawing car among the channel's viewers, which will take place on January 31.
