The Indian brand has unveiled a new generation of the Ace Pro line. The vehicle is positioned in the class of small commercial vehicles cars (LCV) and is focused on last-mile logistics.

The key differences from the previous generation include the expansion of the range of power units. The model is now available in a bi-fuel and purely electric version.

Truck Ace Pro has retained the characteristic features of its predecessors Ace Zip and Magic Iris. The latter were introduced in the already "distant" 2010. From them, the new product "inherited" the cabin, glazing elements and doors.

The front part became a "fresh" detail of the exterior. On the front panel there are round halogen headlights with plastic overlays in the body color. They are connected by a decorative black element, in the center of which is the Tata logo.

The dimensions of the mini-truck are as follows:

✅ length - 3,6 m
✅ width - 1,5 m
✅ wheelbase - 1,8 m

The bumper now has a small air intake and turn signals. The car comes with 12-inch steel wheels.

The interior of the new model is designed in a minimalist style. Despite the modest price tag of the car, in the center of the dashboard there is a touch screen of the multimedia system. Its diagonal is 7 inches. In the center console there are several function keys and a round gear selector.

As mentioned above, the new product is available in two powertrain configurations. The bi-fuel version is equipped with a motorcycle 2-cylinder engine. The working volume of the unit is 694 cc. It is “fed” by gasoline and compressed natural gas.

The engine power is a modest 26 hp with a peak torque of 51 Nm. For comparison, the petrol modification of the Ace Zip produces only 11 "horses". The range of the Bi-Fuel configuration on a full tank and cylinders is 280 km.

The electric version of the mini-truck, in turn, is built on a new modular platform. The torque of the "green" installation reaches 104 Nm.

It is powered by a lithium-iron-phosphate battery with a capacity of 14,4 kWh. The maximum speed of the EV version is limited to 50 km/h. According to the manufacturer, the car will be able to travel up to 155 km on a single charge and climb a hill with a slope of up to 22 degrees.

Unfortunately, the Tata representative office has not yet announced the cost of the new products. For comparison, the price tag for a similar electric mini-truck Tata Ace Gold starts at 390 thousand rupees (450 thousand rubles). The Ace Pro is expected to be slightly more expensive.
