A plant for components for cargo trailers is being built in the Moscow region
The enterprise will be located in the Solnechnogorsk urban district. The key partner and investor is the Chinese company Huajing.
The project envisages the construction of two production workshops, which will be equipped with modern equipment according to world standards. The plant will create 150 jobs, which will give impetus to the development of the labor market.
In case of a successful start and reaching the planned indicators, the production site will be modernized. The next stage will be the addition of new workshops, including stamping lines and areas for the production of additional suspension components.

The main activity of Huanjing Holding is the production of spare parts and components for cargo trailers. In particular, the company specializes in the production of brake pads and suspensions.
The construction project has already received all permits. Commissioning of the first stage and release of the debut batch of products is expected before the end of the calendar year.
The plant's capacity will allow for the annual production of the following items:
✅ axles and suspensions – 100 thousand units.
✅ brake pads – 400 thousand units.
Huanjing was founded in 2002. During its activity, it managed to take a leading position in its segment. The holding owns two factories in China and several technological lines in a number of African countries, India and Saudi Arabia.
The company is actively implementing innovative technologies and smart manufacturing. Huanjing is assisted with the latter by world-class robotics brands Yaskawa and Kuka.

The enterprise is being built on the territory of the industrial park "Esipovo". It was founded in 2015 and is currently the most promising industrial site for attracting investment in the Moscow region.
Enterprises such as PolimerTekhKom, Avexima, and Strada are already operating on the territory of Esipovo. By 2027, it is planned to attract more than 40 billion rubles from foreign partners as part of the project development. In addition, the site will create about 6 thousand jobs.
