Russian Rossa LM GT supercar ready for Dubai 24 Hours debut

The domestic supercar manufacturer showed its latest development in motion. The model will be presented on the international stage on January 11 and 12 next year as part of the Dubai 24 Hours competition. Participation in the event will not only be a demonstration of the Rossa LM GT's capabilities, but also a real "field" test of the new product.

With a design and "painting" unique car Rossa was assisted by the Graff Racing team, which will represent the LM GT at the aforementioned competition.

The model was originally designed for the GT2/3 class and has a width of exactly 2 meters, as required by the regulations. This made it possible to avoid the use of body "extenders" that are often found in other manufacturers.

The racing version of the supercar features improved aerodynamics. At 300 km/h, the car is capable of generating over 1250 kg of downforce.

The following body elements are responsible for this indicator:

✅ massive front splitter
✅ side skirts
✅ anti-wing
✅ roof air intake

Another interesting feature of the LM GT is additional cooling. For this purpose, the car is equipped with side radiators. In order for the system to work correctly, Rossa engineers created a technology for directing the "disturbed" air from the front wheel.

It involves the deflectors of the bumper, thresholds and splitter with special geometry. It is noteworthy that even the legs of the side mirrors and door handles participate in the work of the complex.

The car definitely has a chance of success in the Dubai 24 Hours. The prototype of the car showed an excellent result, taking first place in the GT Pro category qualifying races at the Moscow Raceway.

The international debut of the LM GT will open a new chapter in the model's history. For foreign competitions, the Russian supercar has been certified in the GT2 class, which allows it to participate in endurance racing.

The Rossa is a high-tech car. It is significantly different from the prototype shown a year earlier. All the main elements of the LM GT were developed from scratch.

These include a new chassis, aerodynamic body kit and improved layout of key units. The main structure is a carbon monocoque.

It is complemented by crash boxes at the front and rear, as well as a multi-layer configuration with foam padding on the sides. These components are responsible for safety. In the event of an emergency, they will absorb the energy from possible impacts.

The key feature of the supercar is its power plant. The naturally aspirated ten-cylinder Judd V10 engine is responsible for its performance.

The company's representative notes that, if necessary, it can be replaced with a V6 or V8 with or without turbocharging, depending on the requirements of a particular competition.

The car has already been scheduled for the 2025 season, with a customer Rossa supported by the manufacturer's engineers.

The LM GT supercar is also planned to be released in a version adapted for use on public roads. The circulation will be very limited - only 4-5 cars per year.
