Geometry X Tiger - created a stylish and compact youth crossover

The Chinese auto giant Geely has introduced a new product from the Geometry sub-brand. Initially, under this brand, it was planned to release premium cars on electric traction. But the X Tiger will be an affordable model aimed at those who value not only performance but also appearance.


The exterior of the crossover is different from other cars produced under the Geometry brand. It was developed from scratch, as conceived by the management, the car will allow you to enter new markets and win that part of the audience that is important for low cost and stylish design.

At first glance, bright accents are striking, which distinguish the car from the general range. Light green overlays emphasize block headlights, daytime running lights, rear-view mirrors, door handles and rear pillars. Narrow DRLs are interconnected by an LED strip, a bumper with expressive niches and an original lower part give the front an aggressive look.



Embossed stamping of the doors and side panels of the body gives the car expressiveness. The rear also deserves attention - a small spoiler goes well with boomerang-shaped LED lights and "Geometry" lettering.

The same platform will be used as the EX3 model, cars are almost identical in size. Length – 4006 mm, width – 1765 mm and height – 1550 mm. The car is comparable in size to the Lada XRay Cross.

To reduce the cost, the novelty will be equipped with one electric motor with a capacity of 82 hp. With. The maximum speed will be slightly more than 100 km / h, so the car is not very suitable for country trips. A lithium-iron-phosphate battery is provided as a battery, the capacity of which was not announced. Therefore, data on the power reserve and charging speed are not available today.



According to the developers, pre-production samples are undergoing the last stages of testing. The date of the official presentation has not been named, but according to insiders, the premiere can be expected at the Beijing Motor Show, which will be held in March this year.

Geometry X Tiger production will begin in 2023. Today, this brand of Chinese electric vehicles is not sold in Russia, but the budget novelty, according to the management, will be of interest to buyers in our country. The issue of starting sales in the Russian Federation is being worked out, but the exact dates are still unknown. Detailed information will appear only after the official debut of the model.
